This varies depending on your condition, how long you’ve had it, and your individual response to treatment. Some people feel improvement within a few sessions, while others may benefit from a longer course of care. We will always discuss this with you and our expectations of prognosis.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a charge for the time of the entire appointment to ensure equal opportunities for all patients.
Most techniques are gentle and should not be painful. Some mild discomfort may occur during or after treatment, especially if the area is already sensitive, but this usually settles within 24–48 hours.
